Sproutchorus is a cosy farming game with one gentle twist: neighbours grow together.

Every crop is a little sprout creature with a mood. It needs water, sunshine, a song and sometimes a friend next to it. Each variety likes some neighbours and dislikes others, so the layout of your field is the puzzle. Happy sprouts grow faster and give better quality stars, and when two liked varieties are harvested side by side there is a visible, fair chance (shown as a percentage) of a brand-new cross-bred seed for your almanac.

Controls

Mouse or touch: tap an empty plot to plant, tap a sprout to tend it, hold the Water tool or drag across crops with the Harvest tool. To sing to a row, tap it and then tap the three glowing notes.
Keyboard: arrows choose a plot, Enter plants or tends, W waters, H harvests, S sings, 1 to 4 change tools, Space taps the song beats. P or Esc opens the settings menu and closes any open menu.
